한은 '5월 중 금융시장 동향'
은행 가계대출,아시안컵 경기 조두 달째 증가세
주담대 5조7000억원 늘어

주택거래 증가와 정책대출의 이차보전 방식 공급 등으로 주택담보대출이 늘면서 5월 은행 가계대출이 전월보다 6조원 증가했다.지난해 10월 6조7000억원 증가한 이후 최대 증가폭이다.

한국은행이 12일 발표한 '5월 중 금융시장 동향'에 따르면 은행 가계대출(정책모기지론 포함)은 전월보다 6조원 증가했다.은행 가계대출은 지난 4월부터 두 달째 늘고 있다.

가계대출 구성 요소인 주택담보대출과 기타대출을 살펴보면 주담대는 전월보다 5조7000억원 늘어 전월(4조5000억원)보다 증가폭이 확대됐다.기타대출은 3000억원 증가해 전월(6000억원)보다 증가폭이 축소됐다.

원지환 한은 시장총괄팀 차장은 "주담대는 주택거래 증가 등에 따라 자금수요가 지속되고,아시안컵 경기 조주택도시기금 정책대출이 이차보전 방식으로 공급되면서 증가폭이 확대됐다"며 "기타대출은 가정의 달 등 계절적 자금 수요로 전월에 이어 소폭 증가했다"고 설명했다.

주택도시기금 이차보전방식 대출은 지난 3월(3000억원)부터 5월(3조8000억원)까지 꾸준히 늘어났다.전세자금대출도 3월 1조7000억원 감소하다 5월에 7000억원 증가했다.

5월 중 은행 기업대출은 6조9000억원 증가했다.이 중 대기업대출은 1조1000억원 증가해 전월(6조5000억원)보다 증가폭이 크게 축소됐다.중소기업대출은 5조8000억원 늘어 전월보다(5조4000억원) 증가폭이 소폭 확대됐다.

원 차장은 "대기업대출은 분기 말 일시상환분 재취급,아시안컵 경기 조배당금 지급 등 계절적 요인이 소멸되면서 운전자금을 중심으로 증가세가 크게 둔화됐다"며 "중소기업대출은 일부 은행의 기업대출 영업 강화,아시안컵 경기 조시설자금 수요 확대 등으로 증가세를 지속했다"고 설명했다.

이어 "현재 가계대출은 안정적으로 관리되고 있다"며 "6월 은행 가계대출은 지난 4~5월 수준과 비교해 큰 폭의 증가세로 전환될 가능성은 제한적"이라고 전망했다.
