[서울=뉴시스]최현호 기자 = 뉴욕증시에 상장하는 네이버웹툰의 공모가가 희망가 상단인 주당 21달러로 결정된 것으로 전해졌다.

27일(현지시간) 영국 파이낸셜타임스(FT)에 따르면 이날 나스닥에 기업공개(IPO) 예정인 네이버웹툰의 북미 법인 '웹툰 엔터테인먼트'는 주당 21달러에 1500만주를 발행할 것이라고 밝혔다.

웹툰엔터테인먼트는 이번 IPO를 통해 3억1500만 달러(약 4368억원)를 조달할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.이에 따라 웹툰엔터테인먼트의 기업가치는 약 27억 달러(약 3조 7441억원)에 이를 전망이다.

상장 이후 지분은 네이버 63.4%,라인야후(LY Corporation) 약 25%다.

미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 제출된 자료에 따르면 세계 최대 자산운용사인 블랙록은 웹툰엔터테인먼트 주식 최대 5000만 달러 상당을 매입하는 것에 관심을 보였다고 한다.

웹툰엔터테인먼트는 미국 내 770만 이용자를 포함,파리생재르맹150개국 약 1억7000만 명의 월간활성이용자(MAU)를 보유하고 있다.주요 시장은 전 세계 이용자의 27%를 차지하는 한국과 일본이다.
