KB국민은행이 가계대출 증가 속도를 늦추기 위해 주택담보대출(주담대) 금리를 올린다.리딩뱅크인 KB가 주담대 금리를 올리면서 다른 은행들도 금리 인상에 나설 것으로 보인다.

KB국민은행은 3일부터 가계 부동산담보대출의 가산금리를 0.13%포인트(p) 인상한다고 2일 밝혔다.이에 따라 주담대 혼합형 상품의 금리는 3.00~4.40%에서 3.13~4.53%로 오른다.신잔액코픽스 기준 변동금리는 3.65~5.05%에서 3.78~5.18%로 높아진다.

KB국민은행 관계자는 "가계대출 증가 속도를 적정한 수준으로 조절하기 위한 금리 조정"이라고 설명했다.

5대 은행(KB국민·신한·하나·우리·NH농협)에 따르면 지난달 말 기준 5대 은행의 가계대출 잔액은 708조5723억원으로 전월(703조2308억원)보다 5조3415억원 늘었다.가계대출 증가세를 이끈 주담대는 552조1526억원으로 5월(546조3060억원)보다 5조8466억원 불었다.

이복현 금융감독원장은 이날 임원회의에서 "성급한 금리인하 기대와 국지적 주택가격 반등에 편승한 무리한 대출 확대는 안정화되던 가계부채 문제를 다시 악화시킬 우려가 있다"며 사실상 금리인하를 압박했다.
