(서울=뉴스1) 한재준 기자 = 삼성전자(005930)와 SK하이닉스(000660)가 반도체 인력 확보를 위해 하반기 대규모 채용에 나선다.

4일 관련업계에 따르면 SK하이닉스는 이날 세 자릿수 규모의 신입·경력 채용공고를 냈다.

SK하이닉스 경력 채용은 상시로 이뤄지지만 이례적으로 채용공고를 냈다.통상 9월에 실시하는 신입 채용도 두 달 앞당겼다.그만큼 반도체 업계 인력 확보가 절실하다는 의미로 해석된다.

SK하이닉스는 경기 이천과 충북 청주 사업장에서 일할 신입사원은 물론 첨단 메모리 반도체 경력 엔지니어를 채용할 예정이다.인재 확보를 통해 고대역폭메모리(HBM) 등 인공지능(AI) 메모리 반도체 주도권을 유지하겠다는 의지다.

삼성전자 또한 최근 하반기 경력직 채용에 나섰다.메모리사업부와 시스템LSI 사업부 800여개 직군에서 채용이 이뤄진다.

특히 D램과 낸드플래시 개발 인력을 다수 채용할 것으로 예상된다.HBM 등 고성능 D램과 기업용 솔리드스테이트드라이브(eSSD) 등 낸드 제품의 수요가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 기술경쟁력을 강화하겠다는 전략으로 해석된다.
