(서울=연합뉴스) 김은경 기자 = 행정안전부와 유엔이 공동 주최하는 '2024년 유엔 공공행정 포럼 및 시상식'이 26일 장관급 대담(라운드테이블),공공행정상 시상식 및 폐회식을 끝으로 3일간의 일정을 마무리했다.

이번 포럼에서는 100여개국 2천여명의 참석자가 7개 분야 28개 워크숍을 통해 공공행정을 혁신하고 글로벌 위기 속 지속가능개발 목표를 달성할 방안을 심층적으로 논의했다.

마지막날 열린 장관급 라운드테이블에서는 리준화 유엔 사무차장,살레르니타나 대 나폴리셰르조드 셰르마토프 우즈베키스탄 디지털기술부 장관 등 장관급 인사들이 포럼의 결과를 재확인하고 향후 추진 방향에 대해 의견을 나눴다.

이상민 행안부 장관은 "각국은 이번 포럼을 통해 두텁게 형성된 공감대 위에서 공공행정 혁신방안을 실천하고 협력과 연대를 통해 공동의 목표를 달성해 가야 한다"고 강조했다.

한편 이번 포럼에서 유엔은 공공기관 혁신,살레르니타나 대 나폴리성인지적 공공서비스,살레르니타나 대 나폴리기후변화 대응(특별상) 등 3개 분야에서 12개국 15개 기관에 공공행정상 본상 6개,특별상 3개,살레르니타나 대 나폴리입선 6개를 시상했다

서울특별시의 '디지털 성범죄 통합대응정책'은 성인지적 공공서비스 분야 본상으로 선정됐다.

서울시는 세계 최초로 디지털 성범죄 AI 삭제지원 기술을 개발해 더 빠르고 정확하게 불법 촬영된 사진이나 동영상을 삭제하도록 지원해 높은 평가를 받은 것으로 전해졌다.

내년 유엔 공공행정포럼을 개최할 쉐르마토프 우즈베키스탄 장관은 참석자들에게 "이번 행사를 참고해 2025년 포럼도 충실하게 기획하겠다"고 밝혔다.

이상민 장관은 폐막식에서 "이번 포럼을 통해 얻은 통찰과 아이디어를 실천으로 옮겨 현실 세계에서의 변화를 끌어나가야 한다"며 공공행정 혁신에 대한 적극적인 의지를 표명했다.
