(서울=연합뉴스) 김윤구 기자 = 음식 배달 시장의 60% 이상을 점유한 배달의민족이 다음 달 9일부터 배달 중개 수수료를 9.8%(부가세 별도)로 3%포인트 인상하기로 하자 자영업자들이 반발하고 있다.

전국가맹점주협의회는 11일 성명에서 "물가 상승과 경기 악화로 이중·삼중고에 처한 배달앱 입점업체는 배달앱에 중개수수료 인하를 절박하게 요청해 왔다"면서 "배민이 중개수수료를 6.8%에서 9.8%로 무려 44% 인상하는 것은 자영업자의 절박한 호소를 매몰차게 외면한 비정한 행위"라고 비판했다.

협의회는 "통계청 자료를 보면 2022년 기준 가맹점주 영업이익률은 6.6%에 불과하다"며 "이제 배민 중개수수료는 가맹점주 영업이익률의 1.5배에 달하게 됐다"고 지적했다.

그러면서 "이번 수수료 인상은 소상공인 수익을 잠식하고 폐업 위험을 높이는 결과를 초래할 수 있다"며 "수수료 인상으로 인한 비용 상승은 물가 상승을 유도해 소비자 후생까지 저해할 수 있다"고 우려했다.

배민이 배달 수수료 인상에 대한 업주 불만을 달래기 위해 업주 부담 배달비 인하와 앱 화면 개편 등 여러 방안도 내놨지만,하드록 카지노 헐리우드 프로모션협의회는 "대다수 소상공인에게 실효성 있는 도움이 되지 않을 것"이라고 예상했다.

협의회는 "'수수료 한도제'와 배달앱 입점업체가 수수료 등을 배달앱과 협의할 수 있는 규정이 시급하다"면서 "22대 국회에서 관련 내용을 담은 '온라인플랫폼범' 제정안이 발의된 만큼 국회와 정부는 법 제정에 힘을 모으기 바란다"고 촉구했다.
