A씨는 지난해 2월 2일 내연관계였던 여성 B씨의 나체 사진을 자신의 휴대전화 배경 화면 프로필 사진으로 쓴 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

그는 지난 2022년 9월 B씨로부터 나체 사진 1장을 전송받았다.이후 이를 보관해 오다가 B씨의 얼굴 일부와 중요 부위 일부분을 가린 채 해당 사진을 자신의 배경 화면으로 게시했다.

재판부는 "이 범행으로 인해 피해자가 운영하는 사무실 직원들이 게시된 피해자 사진을 볼 수 있었던 점을 고려하면 피해자의 정신적 고통이 작지 않은 것으로 보인다"고 판시했다.
