[연합뉴스] 지난달 주택담보대출(주담대)이 한달 새 6조3000억원 급증했다.

이에 따라 올해 상반기 은행권 주담대는 27조원 가까이 불었다.대출금리가 낮아지고 정책자금 대출이 증가한 데 따른 것이다.

주담대 증가세 영향에 가계대출도 지난달과 같이 여전히 높은 증가세를 이어가고 있다.가계대출은 특히 2단계 총부채원리금상환비율(DSR) 시행 시기가 오는 9월로 늦춰지면서 수요가 몰려,블랙잭 1기 1화가계대출이 한시적으로 급증할 가능성이 크다.

한국은행이 10일 발표한 '6월 중 금융시장 동향'에 따르면 지난달 주담대는 주택거래 증가,블랙잭 1기 1화대출금리 하락 등 영향에 6조3000억원 증가했다.이같은 6월 주담대 증가 폭은 작년 8월(+7조원) 이후 10개월 만에 가장 컸다.올 상반기 누적 증가 규모(+26조5000억원)는 2021년 상반기(+30조4000억원) 이후 3년 래 최대 기록이다.

지난 달에는 특히 전세자금대출이 지난달 보다 6000억원 늘어났다.

이는 전년 동월 대비 1000억원 증가한 수준이다.

원지환 한은 금융시장국 시장총괄팀 차장은 "최근 서울이나 수도권 중심으로 주택 거래가 늘어나면서 주담대 향상에 영향을 준 것 같다"고 설명했다.

주담대 증가폭이 커지자 은행 가계대출의 증가세도 여전히 높은 수준을 유지했다.지난달 가계대출은 전월 대비 6조원 증가했다.이는 지난 5월과 같은 증가 폭으로 지난해 6월(5.8조원)보다도 높은 수준이다.

은행 기업대출은 반기말 계절요인 등 영향에 지난달보다 증가폭이 줄어든 5조3000억원을 기록했다.대기업 대출은 영업실적 개선,블랙잭 1기 1화반기말 재무비율 관리를 위한 일시 상환 등으로 7000억원 증가했다.
