경북 구미시 의회.[연합뉴스]경북 구미시 노동조합 홈페이지 게시판에 한 시의원이 여러 차례 성희롱을 일삼았다는 주장의 글이 게시됐다.

24일 경북 구미시 노조 게시판에는 익명의 게시자가‘왕관의 자만심’이라는 제목의 글을 올리며 “해당 시의원은 오랜 기간 시의회에 있으면서 여러 명의 여성 공무원들에게 성적 수치심을 불러일으킬 수 있는 행동들을 했다”고 주장했다.

게시자는“음흉한 눈빛으로 사람을 위아래로 훑어보는가 하면 악수를 할 땐 손을 한참을 잡고 있거나 19금 농담을 대놓고 한다.사적으로 문자나 전화를 수시로 하기도 하며 자기가 도와주겠다며 식사나 개인적인 만남을 요구하기도 했다”고 주장했다.

이에 대해 지목된 시의원 A씨는 “후반기 의장단 선거를 앞둔 민감한 시기에 흠을 내는 기사가 올라왔다”며 “평소에 팀장 이하와는 말도 잘 섞지 않는다”고 해명했다.그러면서 “이번 게시글을 포함해 여러 얘기가 도는데 사실 무관하다”고 덧붙였다.

구미시노조 관계자는 “노조 홈페이지는 시청 직원들만 사용할 수 있다”며 “해당 게시글에 대해 사실관계 파악에 나설지 검토 중이다”라고 말했다.
