이는 매출이 전년 동기(265억원) 대비 두 배 가량 증가한 수치다.LS마린솔루션이 상반기 매출 500억원을 넘긴 것은 지난 2011년 629억원을 기록한 이후 13년 만이다.

영업이익과 순이익 역시 지난 1분기 각각 -28억원,바이에른 대 라치오-19억원에서 2분기 각각 59억원과 57억원으로 흑자전환에 성공했다.이에 1분기 적자에도 불구하고 반기 영업이익률 6%를 달성했다.

이번 실적에 대해 LS마린솔루션은 "해상풍력 사업으로 처음 수행하는 '전남해상풍력 1단지' 프로젝트 공사가 올 2분기에 본격 진행되면서 매출이 급격히 증가했다"고 설명했다.

전남해상풍력 1단지 사업은 SK E&S와 친환경 에너지 투자운용사 CIP가 전남 신안군에 건설하는 99MW급 사업이다.인근에 각각 399MW급의 2,바이에른 대 라치오3단계 건설 사업 추진도 계획되고 있다.

이승용 LS마린솔루션 대표는 "LS전선과 '해저 케이블 자재-시공 밸류체인'을 통해 사업 참여를 확대하고 있다"며 "올 하반기 대규모 해상풍력 시공 사업 수주를 앞두고 있다"고 말했다.

한편 업계에서는 LS전선이 최근 미국 등 해외 현지화를 가속화함에 따라 LS마린솔루션 역시 글로벌 시장에서의 입지를 넓히고,바이에른 대 라치오새로운 프로젝트를 공동으로 수행할 기회가 확대될 것으로 보고 있다.
