25일 서울 강남구 신사동 서울옥션 강남센터에서 열린 경매에서 반포동‘더 팰리스 73’(옛 쉐라톤팔래스강남호텔) 내 오피스텔 1호실 분양권(전용면적 261㎡)이 219억원을 부른 서면 응찰자에게 최종 낙찰됐다.시작가 160억원이던 이 분양권은 서면 경합이 치열했던 것으로 알려졌다.호가가 5억원씩 올라 200억원을 넘어서자 장내는 조용해졌고,bet365 넷텔러최종 낙찰가는 219억원까지 치솟았다.

‘더 팰리스 73’은‘건축계의 노벨상’이라고 불리는 프리츠커상을 최연소 수상한 미국 건축가 마이어가 설계에 참여한 국내 최초의 주거용 시설이다.최고 분양가가 500억원에 달하는 초고가 단지다.대지 9009㎡에 최고 35층(150m),bet365 넷텔러2개 동 아파트 58가구와 대형 오피스텔 15실이 조성되는 대형 하이엔드 주택이다.
