삼성전자 창사 이래 처음으로 총파업에 나선 전국삼성전자노동조합 (이하 전삼노)이 오늘(10일) 무기한 총파업을 선언했습니다.

당초 전삼노는 지난 8일부터 사흘간 1차 파업을 진행한 뒤 15일부터 5일간 2차 파업할 예정이었으나,암호화폐거래시간계획을 수정해 이날부터 무기한 파업에 돌입했습니다.

1차 파업 기간 사측이 어떤 대화도 시도하지 않아 곧바로 무기한 총파업에 들어간다고 노조는 설명했습니다.

노조는 사측에 ▲ 노동조합 창립휴가 1일 보장 ▲ 전 조합원 평균 임금 인상률 3.5% ▲ 성과급 제도 개선 ▲ 파업에 따른 경제적 손실 보상 등을 요구했습니다.

전삼노는 조합원에게 "목표와 승리를 앞당기기 위해서는 여러분의 결단이 필요하다"며 집행부 지침 전까지 출근하지 말 것을 당부했습니다.

전삼노에 따르면 총파업 참여 의사를 밝힌 인원은 6천540명으로,암호화폐거래시간이중 반도체 설비·제조·개발(공정) 직군이 5천211명입니다.

전삼노는 파업 목적을 '생산 차질'로 내걸고 "반도체 공장 자동화와 상관없이 설비,점검 등 관련 인원이 없으면 생산 차질이 발생할 수밖에 없다"고 밝혔습니다.

다만 사측은 현재까지 생산 차질은 발생하지 않았으며,암호화폐거래시간정상적으로 라인이 가동되고 있다고 설명했습니다.
