이 주민은 지방자치단체와 법적 갈등을 빚는 문제를 공론화하려고 이런 일을 했다고 주장하는 걸로 전해졌습니다.

문제가 해결되지 않으면 제헌절,광복절에도 전범기를 걸겠다는 입장을 내비친 바 있는,경찰과 지방자치단체는 옥외물광고법 위반 여부를 검토 중인 걸로 알려졌습니다.
