시 재난안전대책본부 통제관,"신원 미확인 시신 DNA 검사·대조 실시"

경기 화성시가 25일 '화성 화재 참사'와 관련해 재난안전대책본부 추진사항을 공유하는 브리핑을 진행했다.

이상길 화성시 재난안전 대책본부 통제관은 브리핑을 통해 "현재까지 인명 피해는 총 31명으로 사망 23명,중상 2명,rc 랑스 대 아스널 통계경상 6명으로 집계됐으며 현재 한국인 2명의 신원이 확인됐다"며 "아직 신원이 확인되지 않은 인원에 대해서는 유가족과의 DNA 검사 및 대조를 통해 확인할 것"이라고 전했다.

또한 시는 유가족 지원을 위한 피해통합지원센터를 설치하고 장례절차가 마무리될 때까지 지원할 방침이다.

이 통제관은 "지난 24일 18시 설치 후 상황이 종료될 때까지 24시간,화성시를 비롯한 행정안전부,고용노동부,경기도 등 총 12개 기관 13개 반,rc 랑스 대 아스널 통계50명이 근무할 것"이라며 "각 근무반별로 피해자들과 유가족 분들의 민원사항 접수 및 심리 지원,피해자 신원파악,외국인 인적사항 파악과 유가족 비자 및 입국지원 등을 실시한다"고 설명했다.

이어 유가족 지원과 관련해 "희생자 상당수가 외국인임에 따라 신원 파악에 시간이 소요될 것으로 예상돼 모두누림센터에 피해가족 지원실을 마련했다"라며 "희생자별로 담당자를 지정해 장례 절차 종료까지 1:1 지원 체계를 유지하고 유가족과 지속 면담을 진행해 요청사항 파악 및 통역 등을 지원할 것"이라고 덧붙였다.

이외에도 시는 희생자분들의 넋을 위로하고 유가족들의 아픔을 달래기 위한 합동분양소 설치를 검토하고 있으며,분양소는 장례절차가 마무리 될 때까지 운영할 계획이다.

특히 시는 특별재난 선포 건의와 관련해서 "현재 사망자 중 외국인이 대다수인 여건으로 신속한 신원 확인 및 유가족 수송 대책 마련을 위해서는 정부부처를 포함한 범국가적 대응이 절실히 필요한 상황"이라며 "유족들에 대한 체류비 지원,장례비 등 경제적인 지원 또한 절대적으로 필요한 만큼 엄중한 재난 상황을 조기에 수습하고 유가족들에게 충분한 지원을 할 있도록 정부에 특별재난지역 선포를 건의하겠다"고 강조했다.
