내년 최저임금 '1만30원'으로 결정
"물가 반영 안 된 졸속 결정" 비판

이제 최저임금이 1만원을 넘깁니다.내년 최저임금은 올해보다 170원 오른 1만 30원으로 정해졌습니다.최저임금제도를 도입한 지 37년 만에 최저임금 1만원 시대가 열린 겁니다.

내년 최저임금은 오늘(12일) 새벽에 진행된 최저임금위원회 제11차 전원회의에서 투표를 통해 정해졌습니다.

시간당 9천860원인 올해 최저임금보다 170원,마인츠 051.7% 오른 1만 30원으로 결정됐습니다.

근로자 위원 측은 시간당 1만120원을,마인츠 05사용자 위원 측은 시간당 1만 30원을 최종안으로 제시했는데 표결 끝에 사용자 위원안으로 의결됐습니다.

최저임금이 1만원을 넘어선 건 최저임금 제도가 도입된 1988년 이후,마인츠 0537년 만에 처음입니다.

하지만 이번 인상률 1.7%는 지난 2021년 1.5% 인상에 이어 역대 두 번째로 낮은 수치입니다.

이인재 최저임금위원회 위원장은 "노·사·공 모두가 만족하는 합의를 끌어내지 못한 점이 상당히 아쉽다"고 밝혔습니다.

또 "지금의 결정 시스템으로는 합리적이고 생산적인 논의 진전에 한계가 있다"면서 "제도 개편에 대한 심층적인 논의가 있었으면 한다"고 했습니다.

노동계에선 비판의 목소리가 나왔습니다.

표결을 거부한 민주노총은 "물가 상승과 2년째 하락한 실질임금 등이 반영되지 않은 졸속 결정"이라고 지적했습니다.

한국노총도 "대단히 제한된 선택을 할 수밖에 없었다"며 "저임금 노동자 임금 인상을 위한 고육지책으로 표결에 참여했다"고 설명했습니다.

이번 2025년 최저임금안의 영향을 받는 근로자는 고용노동부 기준 48만 명 정도로 추산됩니다.
