/TV조선 방송화면 캡처축구 국가대표 출신 황의조 씨의 성관계 촬영물을 유포하고 피해자들을 협박한 혐의 등으로 1심에서 실형 선고받은 황 씨의 형수 이 모 씨가 2심에서도 실형을 선고받았다.

서울고등법원 형사14-1부(재판장 박혜선)는 오늘(26일) 보복 협박 등의 혐의 받는 이 씨에게 징역 3년을 선고하고 성폭력 치료 프로그램 40시간 이수를 명령한 원심을 유지했다.

이 씨는 지난해 6월 황씨와 연인 관계였다고 주장하면서 황 씨와 다른 여성들의 모습이 담긴 사진과 성관계 동영상을 SNS 등에 공유했다.

황 씨는 영상이 유포되자 협박 등 혐의로 유포자를 고소했는데,2023년 프로야구 신인지명결과이후 수사과정에서 유포자가 자신의 형수인 이 씨였던 것으로 드러났다.

한편 검찰은 불법 촬영 및 소지 혐의를 받고 있는 황 씨를 지난 20일 피의자 신분으로 불러 조사했다.
