송파구 문정동‘힐스테이트 e편한세상문정’(1265가구)도 입주가 계획돼 있다.자치구별로 강동구(1만3603가구) 송파구(1314가구) 강북구(1045가구) 성동구(825가구) 순으로 입주 물량이 많다.동남권 지역에 입주가 집중돼 서울 전체 전세시장에 미치는 영향은 작을 것이란 분석이 나온다.

경기도 입주 물량은 4만9421가구로 조사됐다.지역별로 화성(7153가구) 용인 처인구(6280가구) 광명(4395가구) 평택(3342가구) 파주(3055가구) 순으로 준공 물량이 많다.인천은 1만2126가구가 새로 집주인을 맞는다.서구(3436가구) 미추홀구(2558가구) 부평구(1909가구) 등에 준공을 준비하는 단지가 많다.

지방은 경북에서 1만972가구가 준공될 예정이다.이어 대구(1만711가구) 충남(1만702가구) 부산(9031가구) 경남(8099가구) 등이 뒤를 잇는다.대전은 2011년 하반기 이후 가장 많은 7122가구가 준공한다.이 중 동구 천동3구역(리더스시티)에서 3464가구가 입주할 예정이다.직방 관계자는 “지방은 입주 물량이 많고 미분양까지 쌓여 있어 아파트값이 약세를 보일 가능성이 높다”고 내다봤다.
