SK 최태원 회장과 노소영 관장의 이혼소송 항소심을 맡았던 재판부가 결국 오늘(18일) 설명자료까지 냈습니다.주식 산정에 실수가 있었지만 그렇다고 결론이 달라지진 않는다며 그 이유를 설명한 겁니다.하지만 최 회장 측은 판결문만 고친다고 될 일이 아니라고 다시 반박했습니다.

2심 재판부는 최종현 SK선대회장이 숨진 1998년 SK C&C의 주식가치를 100원으로 계산했습니다.

하지만 이게 잘못됐다고 인정하고 1000원으로 고쳤습니다.

결과적으로 최종현 회장의 기여는 10배 줄이고,볼프스베르크 원정최태원 회장의 기여는 10배 높인 셈이 됐습니다.

판결문에 맞는 계산식을 적고도 '0' 하나를 잘못 계산했습니다.

최 회장 측은 이것 때문에 노 관장의 재산분할 비율이 커진 건데 판결문만 고칠 게 아니라고 주장했습니다.

그러자 2심 재판부는 "송구하다"면서도 "결론에 실질적인 영향은 없다"는 설명자료를 냈습니다.

2009년 아닌 2024년을 기준으로 보면 부친인 최종현 회장이 주가를 125배 올렸고 최태원 회장이 160배 올렸다는 겁니다.

노 관장과의 혼인 생활 중이던 최태원 회장의 기여가 부친보다 큰 건 변함없다는 논리입니다.

최 회장 측은 "그렇다면 2024년 기준으로 판결문을 또 고칠 것이냐"고 다시 반박했습니다.

[신혜성/변호사 : (대법원은) 하급심의 사실인정에 대해서는 건드릴 수 없게 돼 있죠.그런데 판결문 내용이 명백하게 달라지는 경우가 되잖아요.이런 경우는 사실 대법원이 다시 한번 사건을 들여다볼 수 있는 되는 단초가 되긴 할 것 같아요.]

재판부 스스로 자초한 논란은 한동안 계속될 걸로 보입니다.
