(부산=연합뉴스) 차근호 기자 = 부산지역 기초단체장이었던 부친의 이름을 내세워 157억원대 사기 행각을 벌인 40대 여성에게 징역 10년이 선고됐다.

부산지법 동부지원 형사1부(이동기 부장판사)는 12일 특정경제범죄가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 기소된 A씨에게 징역 10년을 선고했다.

A씨는 2016년부터 지난해까지 실체가 없는 재활용 사업에 투자하라며 26명으로부터 157억원을 받아 가로챈 혐의로 기소됐다.

A씨는 다른 투자자의 돈으로 피해자에게 수익금을 지급하는 소위 돌려막기 수법을 쓰며 범행을 7년간 이어왔다.

A씨는 부산의 전직 구청장 딸로 지역에서 아버지 이름을 내세우며 범행했다.

A씨는 피해자들에게 받은 돈으로 명품을 구입하거나 외제차를 사는 등 호화로운 생활을 했다.

이 부장판사는 "피해 금액이나 피해자들이 상당히 많고,유니벳 주소피고인이 심부름 앱을 이용하거나 대화 내용을 허위로 조작하는 등 피해자들을 적극적으로 기망했다"고 말했다.

다만 "피고인이 이전에 처벌받은 전력이 없는 초범인 점,유니벳 주소다수 금액이 피해자들에게 반환된 점은 유리한 사정으로 참작했다"고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.
