유명 유튜버 쯔양에게 사생활을 폭로하겠다며 돈을 뜯어낸 혐의를 받는 유튜버들이 구속 기소됐습니다.

이예린 기자가 보도합니다.

[리포트]

구독자가 천만 명이 넘는 유명 먹방 유튜버 '쯔양',개콘 렛잇비박정원 씨의 사생활을 폭로하겠다며 돈을 갈취한 유튜버들이 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

수원지방검찰청은 유튜버 '구제역' 이준희 씨와 '주작감별사' 전국진 씨를 협박과 공갈 혐의로 오늘 구속기소 했습니다.

이들은 지난해 2월 박 씨의 과거 사생활을 폭로하지 않는 조건으로 5천5백만 원을 받아 챙긴 혐의를 받습니다.

이들은 범행이 드러나자 조직적으로 증거인멸을 시도하고,개콘 렛잇비박 씨를 비방하는 콘텐츠를 올려 2차 피해를 가한 혐의도 받고 있습니다.

특히 '구제역' 이준희 씨는 2021년 10월에도 박 씨를 협박했고,개콘 렛잇비또 다른 인터넷 방송 진행자 A 씨에게도 2천2백만 원을 갈취한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

검찰은 관련 고소장 접수 열흘 만에 이 씨 등을 구속하고 수사를 이어왔습니다.

검찰은 이 씨 등에게 '쯔양' 박 씨로부터 직접 돈을 뜯어내라고 조언한 혐의 등으로 유튜버 '카라큘라' 이세욱 씨 등 2명도 함께 기소했습니다.

한편 검찰은 유튜버들에게 '쯔양' 박 씨의 정보를 제보한 혐의를 받고 있는 박 씨 전 남자친구의 변호인 최 모 씨에 대해서는 구속영장을 재청구했다고 밝혔습니다.
