냉장고 배송기사가 혼자 사는 여성 집에 몰래 들어가 음란행위를 하거나 고객의 신체 사진도 불법으로 촬영한 사건이 발생했다.

피해자는 무려 12명에 달했다.

28일 YTN 보도에 따르면 부산 사하경찰서는 대기업 냉장고를 배송하는 40대 남성 A씨를 주거침입 혐의로 붙잡아 조사 중이다.

A씨는 지난해 12월 20대 여성 B씨의 집에 냉장소를 배송하면서 알게된 현관문 비밀번호를 통해 B씨가 집을 비운 틈을 타 몰래 집 안으로 들어갔다.

경찰 조사에서 A씨는 B씨가 평일에 직장으로 출근해 집을 비운다는 사실을 아는 점을 이용해 몰래 침입해 음란행위를 한 것으로 드러났다.

또 다른 여성 고객들을 상대로 불법촬영도 한 사실도 함께 파악됐다.

경찰은 A씨의 스마트폰을 분석한 결과 여성 12명의 신체 사진 수십 장을 발견했다.이들은 모두 해당 대기업 가전제품을 주문한 고객으로 상대방 동의 없이 찍은 불법 촬영물이었다.

당시 카메라는 무음 상태로 촬영할 수 있도록 설정된 상태라 피해자들은 A씨가 몰래 촬영을 하고 있다는 사실을 알아채지 못했다.

이 같은 범행이 이뤄진 건 지난해 4월부터로 A씨는 부산과 경남 일부 지역 배송을 담당하면서 범행을 저질렀다.
