배우 김우빈(본명 김현중·34)이 빅히트뮤직(현 하이브) 옛 사옥의 주인이 됐다.

25일 대법원 등기부등본에 따르면 김우빈은 지난 11일 자신의 명의로 서울 강남구 논현동 소재 빌딩을 매입했다.이 건물은 빅히트뮤직이 지난 2007~2011년까지 사옥으로 사용했던 곳이다.

이 건물의 매입가는 137억원에 달하는 것으로 알려졌다.건물은 지하 2층,코뿔소내과지상 5층 규모로 대지면적은 315.5m²(95.4평),코뿔소내과연면적은 1316.84m²(398.34평)다.

김우빈은 지난 3월 29일 부동산 매매 계약을 체결했으며,코뿔소내과3개월 만에 소유권 이전 등기를 마친 것으로 알려졌다.

김우빈은 건물에 채권최고액 74억4000만원의 근저당권을 설정했다.통상 대출금의 120% 수준에서 채권최고액이 설정되는 것을 고려하면 매입가의 45%인 62억원을 대출받은 것으로 추산된다.

김우빈은 지난 2017년 비인두암 진단받고 투병생활로 잠시 활동을 중단했었다.이후 2022년 완치 후 건강히 복귀해 활동을 이어온 그는 김은숙 작가의 신작인 넷플릭스 새 오리지널 시리즈 '다 이루어질지니'를 차기작으로 준비 중이다.
