사업가 겸 방송인 백종원 씨가 대표로 있는 '더본코리아'가 산하 브랜드인 '연돈볼카츠' 점주들과 갈등을 빚고 있습니다.

점주들은 본사가 매출액을 과장 광고했다며 단체 행동에 나섰습니다.

어제 서울 강남구 더본코리아 본사 앞에서 '연돈볼카츠' 점주들이 집회를 열었는데요.

본사인 더본코리아가 지난 2022년 가맹점 모집을 위해서 월 3천만 원 이상의 매출을 약속했지만,실제 매출은 절반에도 미치지 못했고,토토 언더 오버예상 매출액과 수익률을 모두 부풀렸다고 주장했습니다.

가맹본부가 3천만 원 수준의 매출과 20~25% 수익률로 홍보했지만,토토 언더 오버실제 매출액은 1,토토 언더 오버500만 원 수준,가맹점주가 가져가는 돈은 한 달에 100만 원 정도라는 겁니다.

그러면서 이번 주 중으로 공정거래위원회에 신고서를 제출하겠다고 밝혔는데요.

더본코리아 측은 반박했습니다.

"가맹점 모집 과정에서 허위나 과장된 매출액,수익률 등을 약속한 사실이 전혀 없다"면서,토토 언더 오버"2022년 월 매출 1천700만 원 수준의 예상 매출 산정서를 가맹점에 제공했다"고 설명했습니다.

하지만 집회에 참석한 한 점주는 "예상 매출 산정서와 별개로,토토 언더 오버(가맹본부 측에서) 구두로 월 3천만 원 수준의 기대 매출을 홍보했다"고 주장했습니다.
