만취한 공무원이 몰던 차량이 무면허 오토바이와 충돌했는데요.

이 사고로 오토바이가 튕겨져 나가 보행자 3명을 덮쳤습니다.

사고 충격에 튕겨져 나간 오토바이는 그대로 근처에 서있던 보행자 3명을 덮칩니다.

[목격자]
"천둥처럼 되게 큰 소리가 났었어요.어수선한 상황에서 '무슨 소리지'하고 있는데 바로 앰뷸런스가 되게 많이 왔어요."

사고가 난 오토바이입니다.

사고 충격에 배달함은 완전히 망가졌습니다.

60대 보행자 한 명이 심정지 상태로 병원에 옮겨졌고 중환자실서 치료중입니다.

오토바이 운전자 18살 A군과 다른 보행자 2명도 크고 작은 부상을 입었습니다.

SUV 운전자는 양양군청 소속 40대 공무원 B씨.

혈중알코올농도가 면허취소 수준을 훌쩍 넘는 만취 상태였습니다.

A군 역시 면허 없이 오토바이를 몰았던 사실이 드러났습니다.

[경찰 관계자]
"292cc 오토바이라서 2종 소형 면허가 있어야 하는데 얘는 없습니다.(오토바이도) 얘 건지 누구 건지 소유주를 아직 확인은 못했어요."

경찰은 CCTV 등을 토대로 정확한 사고 경위를 조사하고 있습니다.

양양군은 경찰 처분이 나온 이후 B씨에 대한 징계 여부를 결정할 방침입니다.
