이번 발표 내용은 지난 3월 열린 민생토론회 '도시 공간·거주·품격 3대 혁신 방안' 후속 조치이기도 합니다.

정부는 실수요자 선호를 반영해 수도권에 공급물량 70% 이상을 집중 공급할 방침입니다.

또 이들 주택을 안정적으로 공급하기 위해 매입가격체계 개선,인센티브 확대 등 민간 사업자 참여 유도 방안도 마련할 계획입니다.

오늘 회의에서는 소상공인 지원책도 논의됐습니다.
