14일 입주일 연기·준공승인 취소 등 촉구

[광주=뉴시스]박기웅 기자 = 준공 승인이 난 광주 동구 한 신축 아파트에서 하자가 대거 발견돼 입주예정자들이 반발하고 있다.

12일 광주 동구 등에 따르면 금남로에 99가구 규모의 신축 아파트에 대해 지난 4월25일 준공을 승인했다.

이후 지난달 31일 사전 입주가 시작됐지만 해당 아파트에서 다수의 하자가 발견되면서 입주예정자들이 입주를 거부하고 있다.

이들은 아파트 전체를 대상으로 하자를 집계한 결과 시공·부속품 불량,야구 pa마감 불안정,야구 pa누수 등 수백건에 달한다고 주장했다.

이에 입주예정자들은 비상대책위원회를 꾸리고 시공사에는 하자 보수와 관할인 동구에는 입주시기 연장을 요청한 상태다.

비대위는 오는 14일 오전 10시 광주 동구청 앞에서 입주 지정일 연기와 준공 승인 취소 등을 요구하는 단체 행동을 벌일 예정이다.
