제주도 산하 공공기관들이 주 4.5일제에 들어갑니다.

전국 지방자치단체 가운데 처음입니다.

제주도는 1일부터 도와 행정시,공공기관이 합동으로 유연근무제를 활용해 주 40시간 근무를 유지하기로 했다고 밝혔습니다.

금요일 오후 휴식을 보장하는 방식으로,오사주 4.5일제를 실시하겠다는 설명입니다.

월요일부터 목요일까지 하루 8시간 근무 외 4시간 이상을 추가로 근무하고,오사금요일은 오후 1시에 퇴근하는 방식입니다.

운영 대상은 시·도,공공기관 산하 직원이며,각 기관의 규정 준비 상황에 따라 단계적으로 시행할 방침입니다.

"근무시간 손실 없이 업무 효율성과 근무 만족도가 향상될 것"으로 제주도 측은 기대했습니다.
