포스코홀딩스는 이번 보고서를 통해 그룹 ESG 전략과 포스코홀딩스를 비롯한 국내외 14개 사업회사(포스코,대구달서구로또명당 교통포스코인터내셔널,포스코이앤씨,포스코퓨처엠,대구달서구로또명당 교통인니 크라카타우포스코,중국 장가항포항불수강 등)의 ESG 경영 현황과 성과 등을 소개했다.

특히 올해는 다양한 이해관계자들 요구와 기대사항을 정확하게 파악하기 위해 이중 중요성 평가 체계를 고도화하고,대구달서구로또명당 교통포스코홀딩스 핵심 ESG 이슈와 함께 ▲철강 ▲이차전지소재 ▲인프라 ▲에너지 ▲무역 5대 사업부문별 핵심 ESG 이슈 선정 결과를 처음 공개했다.

한편 올해는 포스코그룹이 지속가능경영보고서를 발간한 지 20년이 되는 해다.지난 20년간 포스코그룹은 신뢰할 수 있는 ESG 정보를 바탕으로 이해관계자와 소통해 왔다.포스코그룹은 향후에도 연결 매출에 따른 ESG 성과 보고 범위를 지속 확대해 국제지속가능성기준위원회(ISSB)의 ESG 공시 의무화에 선제적으로 대응한다는 방침이다.
