공사는 보유 중인 반지하 가구 총 713호 중 425호에 대해 비주거 조치를 실시했고,서울특별시 마포구 월드컵북로27길 5잔여 288호에 대한 주거 상향으로 지상 이주를 완료했다.이에 따라 공사 소유 전체 반지하 가구의 비거주율은 91.6%(653호)에 달하게 됐다.

현재 지상 이주가 진행 중인 26호를 제외한 나머지 34호에 대해서도 지상 이주를 지속 독려하고,방범창·차수판 설치 등 여름철 침수 예방을 위해 노력한다는 계획이다.

공사는 지난해 반지하 가구를 대상으로 거주자 특성조사를 실시한 뒤 이주희망 수요,서울특별시 마포구 월드컵북로27길 5선호지역,서울특별시 마포구 월드컵북로27길 5이주거부 사유 등의 조사결과를 바탕으로 가구 맞춤형 주거 상향을 실시했다.

이와 함께 거주 중인 반지하 가구의 시설 상태조사를 통해 개폐형 방범창과 차수판을 설치했다.최근 매입한 반지하 거주가구에 대해서도 조사를 실시하고,서울특별시 마포구 월드컵북로27길 5침수우려가 있는 가구에 대한 재해예방시설을 설치 중이다.

공사는 지역별 주거안심종합센터를 통해 재해예방시설 설치 가구를 대상으로 시설 정상작동 여부를 점검하기도 했다.

김헌동 SH공사 사장은 "정부와 서울시의 반지하 점진적 소멸 방침에 따라 반지하주택을 지속 매입하는 한편,서울특별시 마포구 월드컵북로27길 5반지하 가구의 안전 확보를 위해 더욱 노력할 것"이라고 말했다.
