아시안컵 대진 예상 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

제주특별자치도 소방안전본부(본부장 고민자)가 여름철을 앞두고 폭염에 따른 온열질환 피해를 최소화하기 위해 13일‘여름철 온열질환 안전사고 주의보’를 발령한다.

11일 제주소방안전본부에 따르면 지난 5년간 제주지역에서는 연평균 73.4명의 온열질환자(총 367명)가 발생했다.

특히 지난해 제주지역 인구 10만 명 당 14.5명이 온열 질환을 앓아 전국에서 가장 높은 수치를 기록했다.

질환별로는 열탈진이 51.5%(189명)로 가장 많았고,아시안컵 대진 예상열경련 26.7%(98명),열사병 9.8%(36명),아시안컵 대진 예상열실신 9.0%(33명) 순이었다.

사고 장소는 작업장 36.8%(135명),아시안컵 대진 예상논·밭 20.7%(76명),길가 8.4%(31명)로 실외가 대부분이었으며,아시안컵 대진 예상직업별로는 농어업인 종사자(25.3%·93건),아시안컵 대진 예상연령별로는 50대(27.8%·102명)에서 가장 많은 피해가 발생했다.

온열질환 안전사고의 59.7%(219명)가 오전 10시부터 오후 4시 사이에 발생했으며,아시안컵 대진 예상남성(79.0%·290명)이 여성(21.0%·77명)보다 3배 이상 많았다.

소방안전본부는 지난달 20일부터 도내 32개 119구급대에 폭염 장비를 비치하고 28대의 펌뷸런스 예비출동대를 편성해 구급차량 부재 시 신속 대응으로 출동 공백을 최소화했다.

또 응급의료 상담 및 처치 지도를 강화하는 등 다각적인 대응체계를 구축 중이다.

고민자 소방안전본부장은 “폭염특보 시에는 야외활동을 자제하고,물을 자주 마시며 시원하게 지내는 것이 중요하다”며 “특히 1차 산업의 비중이 높은 제주 특성상 불가피한 야외 작업 시에는 건강 상태를 살피며 활동 강도를 조절하는 등 예방수칙을 철저히 지켜달라”고 말했다.
