(대구=연합뉴스) 최수호 기자 = 평소 알고 지내던 여성과 성관계하는 장면 등을 몰래 촬영한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 경북 의성군 공무원에게 징역형의 집행유예가 선고됐다.

대구지법 형사2단독 김석수 부장판사는 25일 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영·반포 등) 혐의로 기소된 30대 공무원 A씨에게 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다.

40시간의 성폭력 치료프로그램 이수와 3년간 아동·청소년 및 장애인 관련 기관 취업제한 등도 명령했다.

A씨는 지인인 피해 여성 B씨와의 성관계 장면 등을 몰래 촬영한 혐의를 받고 있다.

앞서 작년 9월 경찰은 A씨 휴대전화에 불법 촬영된 성관계 영상 등이 있다는 신고를 접수해 수사를 벌였으며,마카오 카지노 취업3개월 뒤 A씨를 검찰에 불구속 송치했다.

재판부는 "피해 여성이 정신적 피해를 호소하며 엄벌을 요구하고 있다"며 "다만 피고인이 초범이고 잘못을 반성하는 점 등을 참작했다"고 선고 이유를 밝혔다.
