SK이노베이션의 배터리 자회사 SK온이 비상경영에 들어갑니다.

최근 실적 부진을 겪는 SK온을 두고 SK그룹 차원에서 '살리기'에 나선 가운데 조직을 효율화한다는 취지입니다.

SK온은 오늘(1일) 오전 전체 임원회의를 화상으로 열고 비상경영체제를 선언했다고 밝혔습니다.

임원들은 이 자리에서 위기 극복을 위해 솔선수범하자는 데 뜻을 모았다고 SK온은 밝혔습니다.

SK온은 최고경영자(CEO)를 비롯해 최고생산책임자(CPO),최고기술책임자(CTO) 등 'C레벨' 전원의 거취를 이사회에 위임했습니다.

최고관리책임자(CAO)와 최고사업책임자(CCO) 등 일부 C레벨직을 폐지하고,아틀레티코 마드리드 후베닐A성과가 미흡한 임원은 수시로 보임을 바꾸기로 했습니다.

또 올해 분기 흑자 전환에 실패하면,아틀레티코 마드리드 후베닐A내년 임원 연봉을 동결합니다.

이미 시행 중인 해외 출장 이코노미석 탑승 의무화,오전 7시 출근 등도 지속하면서 임원을 대상으로 하는 각종 복리후생 제도 등도 대폭 줄일 예정입니다.

이석희 CEO는 "우리 모두 '자강불식'(自强不息·스스로 힘쓰고 쉬지 않음)의 정신으로 패기 있게 최선을 다한다면 더 큰 결실을 맺을 수 있을 것"이라고 밝혔습니다.

SK온은 2021년 출범한 이래로 10분기 연속 적자를 기록하고 있습니다.누적 적자 규모는 2조 5,아틀레티코 마드리드 후베닐A800억대에 달합니다.
