2년 전 7백억 원대 횡령 사건으로 홍역을 치렀던 우리은행에서 또 횡령 사건이 발생했습니다.

기업 대출 업무를 담당했던 30대 직원이 100억 원대 대출금을 빼내온 게 적발된 건데요.

금감원이 긴급 검사에 나섭니다.

경남 김해에 있는 우리은행 영업점입니다.

우리은행은 그제부터 이 지점에서 특별검사에 나섰습니다.

기업 대출 업무를 담당한 8년 차 대리급 직원 한 명이 고객들의 대출금을 빼돌린 사실이 드러난 겁니다.

이 직원은 올해 초부터 대출신청서와 입금 관련 서류를 위조해 왔는데,rcd 마요르카 대 비야레알 라인업본사가 파악한 횡령액만 100억 원에 달합니다.

이상 징후를 포착한 은행이 소명을 요구하자,rcd 마요르카 대 비야레알 라인업해당 직원은 갑자기 경찰에 자수했습니다.

경찰은 이 직원이 횡령한 돈을 가상화폐와 해외 선물 등에 투자했다가 40억 원가량 손실을 본 것으로 파악하고 있습니다.

우리은행에선 2년 전에도 차장급 직원의 '700억 원대 횡령' 사건이 벌어졌습니다.

당시 행장은 국회 국정감사장에서 사과하며 재발 방지를 약속했습니다.

"저희 우리은행이 정말 각고의 노력으로 거듭날 수 있도록 최선을 다하도록 하겠습니다."

우리은행 측은 정상적인 감시 체계로 먼저 적발했다는 입장이지만,rcd 마요르카 대 비야레알 라인업영업점 직원의 횡령이 몇 달 동안 지속됐다는 점에서 내부 감시·통제가 미흡했던 것 아니냐는 지적이 나오고 있습니다.

"내부적인 혁신 방안에 미비된 점이 있어서 발생한 것인지 아니면 은행에서 준수를 안 해서 (발생)한 것인지 좀 면밀히 살펴봐서 앞으로 대응책을 마련하도록 하겠습니다."

금융감독원은 오늘부터 우리은행에 대한 현장 검사에 나설 예정입니다.
