한국투자증권이 27일 삼성전자를 두고 "지금 안 사면 후회"라고 밝혔다.이어 기회가 위험보다 크다며 투자의견 '매수'와 목표주가 12만원을 제시했다.

채민숙·황준태 한국투자증권 연구원은 이날 분석보고서를 통해 "D램 공급 부족이 심화되면서 메모리 업사이클이 2025년까지 길어질 것으로 예상하고 있다"며 "지금 이 가격이면 사지 않을 이유가 없다"고 분석했다.

삼성전자의 2분기 매출액과 영업이익은 각각 72조9000억원,바르셀로나 파리8조2500억원으로 시장 컨센서스에 부합할 것으로 전망했다.1분기와 마찬가지로 메모리 매출과 영업이익의 증가가 전사 실적을 견인할 것이라는 해석이다.

또 D램과 낸드에서 전분기 대비 10% 중후반의 평균판매가격(ASP) 상승이 이어질 것으로 내다봤다.

삼성전자 주가의 가장 큰 위험 요인은 엔비디아 향 고대역폭메모리(HBM) 인증 지연으로,바르셀로나 파리기회 요인은 범용 D램 공급 부족 심화에 따른 ASP 상승을 꼽았다.HBM 인증 지연은 이미 주가에 반영돼 있어 추가적인 하락 리스크는 제한적일 것이라는 분석이다.

연구원들은 "삼성전자 없이 HBM의 충분한 공급은 불가능하다"며 "엔비디아로서는 삼성전자의 인증을 적극 추진할 수밖에 없다"고 덧붙이기도 했다.

그러면서 "HBM Capa(생산능력) 증가와 범용 D램 감산 지속으로 D램 공급 부족은 2025년까지 매 분기 심화될 것"이라고 추정하며 "지금은 위험보다 '기회'가 더 크게 작용할 시점"이라고 강조했다.
