[디지털데일리 채성오기자] 방송법·방송문화진흥회법·한국교육방송공사법 개정안 등 방송 3법과 방송통신위원회 설치법 개정안이 25일 야당 주도로 국회 법제사법위원회(법사위)를 통과했다.

이날 법사위는 전체 회의를 열고 4개 법안을 의결했다.

방송 3법은 KBS,마크 카지노 맵MBC,마크 카지노 맵EBS 등 공영방송 이사의 수를 늘리는 한편 이사 추천권을 언론·방송학회와 관련 직능단체로 확대해 지배구조를 변경하는 내용을 골자로 한다.

앞서 지난 21대 국회에서 야당 주도로 본회의를 통과했던 방송 3법은 윤석열 대통령이 거부권 행사로 폐기된 바 있다.더불어민주당은 22대 국회가 개원하며 당론으로 방송 3법을 재발의했다.

방통위 설치법 개정안은 의결 정족수를 현행 상임위원 5인 중 2인에서 4인으로 늘리는 내용을 담고 있다.

앞서 지난 18일 과방위는 더불어민주당 등 야당 의원만 참석한 가운데 법안 심사 과정을 생략하며 방송 3법을 단독 의결한 바 있다.

이날 국민의힘은 해당 법안들을 법사위 법안2소위로 넘겨 추가 논의하자고 제안했지만 정청래 법사위원장은 국회법 등의 절차를 이유로 4개 법안을 속전속결로 의결했다.
