1심 법원은 "데이트폭력이라는 용어는 피해를 축소·왜곡해 허위 사실을 적시한 것으로 보기 어렵다"며 청구를 기각했고,병적 도박 진단2심과 대법원의 판단도 마찬가지였습니다.
