현대자동차 노동조합이 올해 임금협상 난항으로 오는 10일과 11일 4시간씩 부분 파업에 들어갑니다.

현대차 노조는 오늘(4일) 쟁의대책위원회를 열고 이같이 결정했다고 밝혔습니다.

노조가 실제 파업에 돌입하면 6년 만입니다.

회사는 지난 11차 교섭에서 기본급 10만6천원 인상,성과급 350%+1천500만원,세리에 일정품질향상 격려금 100%,주식 총 25주 지급 등을 제시했으나 노조는 거부한 바 있습니다.

노조는 기본급 15만9천원(호봉승급분 제외) 인상,세리에 일정전년도 순이익 30%를 성과급 지급,세리에 일정상여금 900%,매주 금요일 4시간 근무제 도입,세리에 일정연령별 국민연금 수급과 연계한 정년 연장 등을 요구하고 있습니다.

파업 일정을 잡았지만,세리에 일정노조는 사측과의 교섭은 이어나간다는 방침입니다.

특히,오는 8일과 9일 집중 교섭에 나설 예정입니다.집중 교섭에서 노사가 주요 쟁점 합의에 이르면 파업이 유보될 가능성도 있습니다.
