(서울=연합뉴스) 고미혜 기자 = 노동자 23명이 사망한 지난달 24일 경기도 화성의 아리셀 공장 화재와 관련해 고용노동부가 3일부터 산업안전보건 특별감독을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

2주간 진행되는 이번 특별감독에는 사고현장 수습과 유가족 지원,포칼 베티스중대재해 수사에 필요한 인력을 제외하고 동원 가능한 최대한의 인력을 일시에 투입한다.

감독을 통해 ▲ 화재·폭발 예방실태 ▲ 안전보건교육 ▲ 비상상황 대응체계 ▲ 안전보건관리체제 등을 중심으로 산업안전보건법상 안전보건수칙 전반에 대한 준수 여부를 면밀하게 확인한다는 계획이다.

감독 결과 법 위반이 확인되면 법에 따라 행정·사법 조치할 방침이다.

노동부는 화재 참사 발생 후 지난달 27일 주요 전지(배터리) 제조 사업장에 대해 현장 지도를 시행했으며,포칼 베티스향후 동종·유사 사업장에 대한 기획점검 등도 준비하고 있다고 밝혔다.
