올해 결손 규모가 10조원대로 추정되며 2년 연속 '세수펑크'가 불가피할 전망이다.하반기 세수 여건에 따라 20조 원대로 불어나는 등 결손이 더 커질 우려도 나온다.

최근 기획재정부가 발표한 '5월 국세수입 현황'에 따르면 1-5월 국세수입은 151조 원으로 1년 전 같은 기간보다 9조 1000억 원(5.7%)적은 규모다.5월 한 달간 국세수입은 7000억 원 줄어든 25조 5000억 원이었다.

예산 대비 세수 진도율도 낮았다.올해 5월 기점 국세수입 진도율은 41.1%로 최근 5년 치 평균(47.0%)은 물론 56조 원대의 대규모 '세수 펑크'가 발생했던 지난해(46.6%)보다 낮다.

세수펑크의 원인으론 법인세 부진이 꼽힌다,브렌트퍼드 fc 대 번리 라인업

올해 1-5월 법인세 수입은 28조 3000억 원으로 전년 동기 대비 15조 3000억 원(35.1%) 급감했다.법인세의 예산 대비 진도율은 36.5%다.

오는 8월 법인세 중간예납 등 하반기 세수 여건에 따라 최대 20조 원까지도 세수 결손이 날 수도 있다는 전망도 있다.

올해 상반기 기업 실적은 수출 호조세 등과 맞물리며 실적이 개선됐다.그러나 기업은 작년 산출세액의 절반을 내거나 올해 상반기 가결산으로 추정한 세액 중 선택해 낼 수 있기 때문이다.

기획재정위원회 안도걸 더불어민주당 의원은 "작년의 역대급 세수결손에 이어 올해도 발생한 부진한 세수실적에 국민들의 불안과 우려가 매우 큰 상황"이라며 "정부는 금년 세수 실적과 추계 전망치를 전면 재점검하고,브렌트퍼드 fc 대 번리 라인업안정적 세수확보를 위한 대책 마련에 서둘러야 한다"고 당부했다.
