임원 네 명이 지난 5일과 7일에 보유한 주식 전부를 팔았다는 내용입니다.

이러자 주가가 오른 틈을 타 임원들이 주식을 대거 매도한 것 아니냔 지적이 나왔습니다.

지난 3일 윤석열 대통령의 동해 유전 관련 브리핑 후 한국가스공사 주가는 급등했습니다.

네 명이 판 주식 규모는 3억원이 넘습니다.

홍 모 공급본부장과 김 모 경영지원본부장,kbo team logos정 모 전략본부장은 각각 1억원 안팎,kbo team logos이 모 비상임이사는 약 천만원입니다.

가스공사 측은 동해 유전과는 관련이 없다는 입장입니다.

네 명 중 두 명은 지난 5월 28일 주주총회에서 상임이사로 선임되면서 공직자윤리법에 따라 주식을 팔았다고 설명했습니다.

가스공사는 상임이사 자사주 보유를 금지합니다.

상임이사가 되면 주주총회 후 5영업일 이내 주식을 팔아야 하는데 주가가 오른 시기와 겹쳤다는 설명입니다.
