(서울=뉴스1) 김성식 기자 = 대만 동부 해역에서 규모 5.7의 지진이 발생했다.대만 중앙기상서에(CWA·기상청)에 따르면 지진은 현지시각으로 이날 오후 5시 6분쯤 이란현(縣) 현청사에서 동남쪽으로 38.3㎞ 떨어진 동부 해역에서 발생했다.

지진의 규모는 5.7이며 이란현에서는 진도 5의 흔들림이 감지됐다.진원은 북위 24.4·동경 121.86도에 진앙의 깊이는 9㎞로 추정된다.로이터·AFP 통신은 기상청이 휴대전화로 재난 안전 문자를 발신했으며,nba 실시간중계수도 타이베이에서도 흔들림이 감지돼 전철이 지연 운행됐다고 전했다.

대만 내무부 소방서(NFA·소방청)는 아직까지 중대한 피해 보고는 없다고 밝혔다.대만 일간지 자유시보에 따르면 세계 최대 반도체 위탁생산(파운드리) 업체인 TSMC는 이번 지진이 직원 대피 기준에 도달할 정도는 아니었다며 생산시설 운영에 미칠 영향은 없을 것으로 예상된다고 밝혔다.
