[앵커]

일부 캠핑장이 2박 이상 이용자와 1박 이용자의 예약에 차별을 두거나,예약금을 현금으로만 받아 소비자 불편이 큰 것으로 조사됐습니다.

소비자원과 공정위는 개선 권고와 함께,숙박 예약 플랫폼에 대한 직권 조사도 실시할 계획입니다.

한국소비자원이 캠핑 예약 플랫폼 5곳과 이곳에 등록된 100개 캠핑장을 실태 조사한 결과 상당수 캠핑장이 소비자에게 지나치게 불리한 조건으로 운영해 온 것으로 드러났습니다.

우선 예약 차별.

차량을 세울 수 있는 오토캠핑장을 중심으로,2박 이상 예약 고객은 언제든 예약을 할 수 있게 하고,하루만 묵는 고객은 이용 시기가 임박한 경우에만 예약이 가능한 사례가 많았다는 게 소비자원의 설명입니다.

조사 결과 1박 사용자는 오토캠핑장 78곳 가운데 30곳에서 이용 예정일 7일 전에야 예약이 가능했고,하루 전에만 예약이 가능한 곳이 1곳,4곳은 아예 1박 예약은 불가능했습니다.

[박준용/한국소비자원 시장감시팀장 : "이러한 조건 때문에 부득이하게 2박 예약을 했던 경우가 42.4%나 됐고 1박 예약이 가능한 기간에 예약을 시도했으나 예약을 하지 못한 경험이 있는 소비자도 77%나 됐습니다."]

또,라이브축구스코어조사대상 100곳 가운데 34곳은 계좌 이체로만 결제가 가능해 이용자들이 불편을 겪은 것으로 나타났습니다.

환불도 문제인데,성수기나 주말 등 이용 시기를 구분하지 않고 소비자에게 위약금을 매기거나,캠핑장 사업자 귀책에 대한 배상 규정을 두지 않는 등 분쟁 해결 기준이 모호한 업체가 다수였습니다.

소비자원은 이번 조사 결과를 바탕으로 캠핑장 사업자들에 대해 거래 조건 개선을 권고하기로 했습니다.

또 공정위도 5개 캠핑 예약 플랫폼의 불공정 약관에 대한 직권 조사를 실시하기로 했습니다.
