15일 주택도시보증공사(HUG) 민간아파트 분양가격 동향조사에 따르면 6월 말 기준 전국 아파트 평균 분양가는 ㎡당 564만4000원으로 전월 557만4000원 대비 1.26% 올랐다.전년 동월 대비로는 491만 4000원에서 14.86% 상승했다.
