성과공유제는 위·수탁 기업이 산업 현장에서 필요한 개선 과제를 공동으로 수행하고 그 성과를 공유하는 제도로,놀이터토토포스코는 2004년부터 본 제도를 도입해 운영해 오고 있다.포스코는 성과공유제 도입 직후인 2004년 7월부터 올해 6월까지 총 2344개사와 함께 국산화·원가절감·안전환경·매출 확대 등에서 총 5565건의 개선 과제를 수행했다.성과보상 누적 금액은 약 8255억원에 달한다.

포스코형 성과공유제는 대·중소기업간 동반성장 모범 사례로 인정받아 정부가 2006년 '대·중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률'을 제정하고 산업계 전반에 성과공유제를 확산시키는데 기여했다.현재는 국내 대기업,공기업 등을 포함하여 593개 사가 성과공유제를 운영하고 있다.

포스코는 성과공유제를 통해 현보산업과 함께 황화수소 정제 설비를 개발해 수익성을 높였다.또 태영이엔지와 탱크 지금(地金) 제거 작업 기계화에 성공하고,하나테크·이엔엠과 함께 열연 수처리 공정에 스테인리스 필러를 적용하는 등 다양한 성공 사례를 쌓아왔다고 밝혔다.

포스코 관계자는 "성과공유제를 통해 협력사가 성장할 수 있는 발판을 제공하고,놀이터토토개발된 기술을 확대 적용해 상호 경쟁력 강화에 지속 나설 예정"이라며 "이외에도 스마트공장 구축 지원사업,철강ESG상생펀드,동반성장지원단,놀이터토토벤처지원 등 다양한 동반성장 프로그램을 운영해 중소기업과 상생해 나갈 것"이라고 말했다.
