서울시교육청은 시의회에서 재의결한 폐지조례안은 민주적 논의나 입법예고 과정도 없어 적법절차 원칙을 위반했고,복권 조회내용도 반헌법적이라고 지적했습니다.

학생인권조례는 학생 인권이 과도하게 부각돼 교권을 침해한다는 이유로 지난 4월 26일 시의회에서 폐지가 결정됐고 이후 조희연 교육감이 재의를 요구했지만 지난달 25일 폐지안이 확정됐습니다.
