삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노동조합(전삼노)이 8일부터 사흘간 파업에 돌입한다.삼성전자 창립 55년만의 실질적인 첫 파업인데,바카라 업치기반도체 생산 등에 영향을 미칠지 관심이 쏠린다.

7일 전삼노에 따르면 전삼노는 8일부터 10일까지 사흘간 화성사업장 정문 앞에서 총파업 결의대회를 연다.

총파업에 따른 요구안으로 노조는 ▷전 조합원에 대한 높은 임금 인상률 적용 ▷유급휴가 약속 이행 ▷경제적 부가가치 기준으로 지급하는 초과이익성과급 기준 개선 ▷파업으로 인해 발생하는 임금 손실에 대한 보상 등을 내세웠다.

전삼노 측은 "사측은 6월 13일 이후 사후조정 2주 동안 우리의 요구를 전부 수용하지 않았다"며 "사측의 사후 조정안은 노동자의 대등한 관계를 생각하지 않고 여전히 회사의 소모품처럼 만만하게 보고 있다"고 주장했다.

그러면서 "총파업을 통해 이 모든 책임을 사측에 묻는다"며 "이번 파업으로 발생하는 모든 경영 손실의 책임은 전적으로 사측에 있다"고 강조했다.

앞서 올해 1월부터 사측과 교섭을 진행해 온 노조는 중앙노동위원회의 조정 중지 결정과 조합원 찬반투표 등을 거쳐 쟁의권을 확보,바카라 업치기지난 5월 29일 사상 첫 파업을 선언했다.

파업 선언 후 지난달 7일에는 첫 연가 투쟁을 했으나 생산 차질 등은 발생하지 않았다.

노조는 이번 파업 기간 노사 협상이 진전이 없을 경우 오는 15일부터 5일간 2차 파업을 이어간다는 계획이다.

현재 전삼노 조합원 수는 2만 8천여명으로 삼성전자 전체 직원의 22% 수준이다.
