서울중앙지법 형사26단독 최민혜 판사는 10일 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반(위험운전치상) 등 혐의로 구속기소된 김씨에 대한 1차 공판을 진행했다.범인도피 교사 등의 혐의를 받는 이광득 소속사 대표와 본부장 전모씨 등도 함께 법정에 나왔다.

이날 김씨는 다리를 절뚝이며 법정에 들어왔다.그러자 방청석 곳곳에선 김씨의 팬으로 보이는 이들이 흐느끼는 소리가 들렸다.

김씨는 검은 정장 차림이었으며 평소 끼던 검은 뿔테 안경은 착용하지 않았다.머리는 구속심사 때와 같은 연갈색이었다.

공판이 시작되자 김씨의 변호인은 "사건 기록 열람 등사를 하지 못해 차회 기일에 기회 주면 그때 공소사실에 대한 인정 여부를 밝히겠다"고 밝혔다.

반면 이 대표와 전 본부장,슬롯 플래시 무료매니저 장모씨 3명은 공소사실을 모두 인정했다.

김씨는 지난 9일 오후 11시40분쯤 서울 강남구 압구정동 한 도로에서 중앙선을 넘어 마주 오던 택시와 충돌한 뒤 달아난 혐의로 기소됐다.

재판부는 2차 공판을 다음 달 19일로 잡았다.
