노소영(63) 아트센터 나비 관장의 비서로 일하며 노 관장의 개인자금 등 21억여 원을 빼돌린 혐의로 기소된 이 모(34) 씨가 첫 재판에서 혐의를 대체로 인정했습니다.

이 씨의 변호인은 오늘(7일) 서울서부지법 형사합의11부(배성중 부장판사) 심리로 열린 이 씨의 특정범죄가중처벌법 위반(사기),더 시드 슬롯작사문서위조 등 혐의 첫 공판에서 "피고인은 공소사실을 전반적으로 인정하며 깊이 반성하고 있다"고 말했습니다.

그러면서 "피고인의 남편과 양가 부모님을 통해 피해를 전액 변제하기 위해 노력하고 있다"며 "피고인 건강이 좋지 않은 점,더 시드 슬롯작피고인이 이 사건 전까지 아무 전과가 없는 점 등을 참작하셔서 최대한 선처를 베풀어주시기를 바란다"고 덧붙였습니다.

변호인은 일부 대환대출 등을 감안하면 노 관장의 실질적 피해금액은 17억 5천만 원 상당이며 이 씨가 1억 원 정도를 계좌로 반환했고 거주지 보증금 6억 원에 대해선 채권양도계약이 체결되는 등 현재까지 7억 원가량이 변제된 것으로 볼 수 있다고 주장했습니다.

검찰에 따르면 2019년 아트센터 나비에 입사한 이 씨는 약 4년간 노 관장 명의로 4억 3천800만 원 상당을 대출받고 노 관장 명의 계좌에 입금돼 있던 예금 11억 9천400여만 원을 자신의 계좌로 이체해 사용한 혐의를 받습니다.

또 노 관장을 사칭하며 아트센터 직원을 속여 5억 원을 송금하도록 하는 등 총 21억 3천200만 원을 빼돌렸습니다.

검찰은 이 씨가 이 돈을 카드대금 결제와 주택 임대차보증금 등에 사용한 것으로 파악했습니다.

노 관장은 지난 1월 이 씨를 경찰에 고소했습니다.

경찰은 지난 4월 이 씨를 구속해 검찰에 송치했습니다.
