중국중앙TV(CCTV)의 모회사 중앙방송총국이 운영하는 소셜미디어 계정 위옌탄톈(玉淵譚天)은 이날 웨이보(중국판 엑스)를 통해 "최근 미국 군용기가 남중국해 상공을 선회하며 미상 물체를 투하하는 것을 우리 측이 포착했다"고 전했습니다.

이어 "사건 발생 후 중국은 즉시 이 해역으로 가서 (해당 물체를) 인양했다"고 덧붙였습니다.

위옌탄톈은 웨이보에 미 군용기가 전자장비처럼 보이는 물체를 떨어뜨리는 모습과 이 물체에 대한 분석이 담긴 영상도 공개했습니다.

영상을 보면 해당 물체에는 '울트라 일렉트로닉스' (Ultra Electronics)라는 글자가 새겨져 있습니다.

해양 전문가 양샤오는 위옌탄톈에 "울트라 일렉트로닉스는 잠수함 탐지 서비스를 전문으로 하는 개발업체로,카지노 가입머니 지급미국 해군에 체계적 서비스를 제공한다"고 말했습니다.
