다른 공공임대주택과 달리 소득·자산 요건 없이 무주택자라면 누구나 신청 가능하다.전세사기 위험으로부터 자유롭다는 점에서 수요자들이 몰릴 것으로 전망된다.

국토교통부는 서울과 수도권을 중심으로 기확보한 든든전세주택 약 3400가구에 대해 오는 27일부터 순차적으로 입주자모집공고를 실시한다고 18일 밝혔다.국토부는 올해부터 2년간 든든전세주택 2만5000가구를 공급할 계획이다.

든든전세주택은 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 주택도시보증공사(HUG)가 매입하는 주택으로 나뉜다.LH 든든전세주택은 3~4인 가구가 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있도록 전용면적 60~85㎡의 신축 주택을 매입하는 것이다.앞으로 2년간 1만5000가구가 공급된다.

HUG 든든전세주택은 집주인 대신 전세금을 돌려주고 경매 신청한 주택을 HUG가 직접 낙찰받아 공급하는 주택이다.HUG 입장에선 추가 매입비용 없이 주택 소유권을 확보하고,축구토토승무패새로운 임차인의 전세금으로 현금흐름도 만들 수 있다는 장점이 있다.매입 규모는 약 1만가구다.

입주자 매입공고는 매입을 완료한 주택에 대해 순차적으로 실시한다.

LH는 2021년부터 2022년까지 한시 사업으로 추진했던 공공전세주택 잔여물량을 든든전세주택으로 전환해 2860가구를 확보했고,축구토토승무패이중 1600가구를 27일부터 공급한다.하자보수가 필요한 나머지 1200가구 물량은 하반기 중 추가 입주자 모집공고를 시행한다.

HUG는 경매 낙찰받은 주택 590가구에 대해 기존 거주자와의 퇴거협의,축구토토승무패주택 수선 등을 거쳐 다음달 24일부터 입주자 모집 공고를 실시할 예정이다.

입주를 희망하는 무주택자는 LH 청약플러스(https://apply.lh.or.kr) 또는 HUG 안심전세포털(https://khug.or.kr/jeonse)에 접속해 입주자 모집공고된 주택의 세부정보와 입주 신청방법 등을 확인할 수 있다.
